*Professional Development Informational Interviews Lesson Learned Video – This assignment requires students to interview someone in the career field that they aspire to enter to learn more about the profession OR interview 3-people who know you personally (social setting), professionally (work setting), and academically (school setting) to conduct a 360-degree interview to help you get a better idea of how you need to grow and develop both personally and professionally.  The purpose of these interviews is to give you insights on what you need to include in your 3-year academic and career plan in terms of your talent development and professional development goals and objectives.
This can be a series of interviews no more than 10 minutes each, or a PowerPoint Presentation using the following rubric:
