The report will consist of the following tasks: 1. Identify and justify your chosen global target market and present a market analysis that identifies the macro and micro trends and issues that are currently facing the industry in which your organisation operates and how these relevant factors may impact your market sector. 2. Evaluate and align the organisation’s current approach to expand and operate in relation to at least one competitor. 3. Propose, with justification a customer value proposition supported by academic theory/frameworks for the business strategy for your new ethical product, service, brand extension that addresses one or more of the identified global trends or issues. 4. Create an original customer persona for a specific, sustainable target segment, outlining the key benefits.
