Evaluation

The main topic is Recruitment. I need you to write a half-page evaluation  

Briefly describe how you plan to evaluate and measure the initial and sustained success of your recommended actions/changes; in other words, how will you know if your actions/changes make a difference? Be sure to apply relevant methodologies/metrics from the course. 

challenges: 

1. Large scale hiring campaign and a large number of applicants needed.  
2. Focus on external recruitment and avoid internal recruitment
3. Recruiting competitor employees 
4. Keeping applicants engaged throughout the application process

• Selection ratio # of positions/ # applicants

Yield ratio # applicants who move from one recruitment hurdle to the next
