This is a key stakeholder/ actor, and comprises of several use cases as explained below:
a. Customer registration with the required details
b. Searching for flight details and availability
c. Selecting and submit book flight
d. Searching for flight status information.
e. Cancellation of flight bookings
The following use cases should be built around the LAABS, which include but not limited to
i. Recording available seats for the flights
ii. Recording customer’s data
iii. Keeping track of the customer’s request
Additionally, LAABS should be in a better position to offer various functionalities, which include basket allocation-which is all about allocating seats based on the total weight of the customers. Secondly, updating all the available seats information based on the balloons, and lastly sending message alerts to all those customers whose status is booking.
