Each presentation followed by brief feedback and discussion. A list of suggested topics (e.g. the rise of the Christian Right in the United States, Vatican II, the development of liberation theology in Latin America, etc.) will be provided later in the semester, but students will not be limited to topics on this list and are welcome to suggest topics to the instructor. All topics for class presentation must be approved by the instructor. Your presentation should connect the topic of your investigation to themes and historical developments we have discussed in class throughout the semester, as well as to unique historical and cultural circumstances of the 20th/21stcenturies.
