Please consider these steps to complete this assignment
- Select a business/person to contact. The business/person should be in the hospitality and tourism field (e.g., F&B, lodging, DMO, airlines, etc.).
- Create a list of questions for the interview. The number of questions should not exceed 10. Feel free to get some help from AI!
- Review the assignment template to come up with relevant questions.
- Share the interview questions with the class to receive feedback.
- Find a contact person for the business and email or message to set up an interview. Consider LinkedIn!
- Based on the interview, research possible solutions.
- If possible, share the solution with the business to receive feedback.

• Analyze any weaknesses or challenges in the recruitment process. Consider
