You are required to write a formal lab report based on today′s experiment:
Develop a hypothesis – How will various temperatures affect on the membrane of beet root
Watch the Excel and Google Sheets example to reinforce what you should be doing for data analysis
Make a standard curve graph of the data found in Table 3.2 of the lab. You will have to first calculate concentration using the dilution values calculated in the table 3.2. Instructions on how to display data can be found in Appendix C of your lab manual (page 110).
Ensure that you have properly labeled your axes, that your title in is the correct position.
Ensure you have a best fit line and regression equation (you need this for the next graph).
Make a bar graph of your results at different temperatures

Ensure that each of your temperatures is properly labeled so we know which bar represents which temperature.

Your lab report must be submitted via Turnitin (on Moodle) by the beginning of your lab the week of October10th.
You can submit your report up to 3 times in order to see your similarity score. Your aim is to get a score below 20%. One mark will be deducted for every percent over 25% similarity. —
